If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and any included accessories or documentation.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Sale items: Items purchased on sale or with special promotions may not be returned unless they are defective.

  • Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Personalized items: Custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@dailyviral.xyz or call 248-359-3286 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. You must include this RAN on the return package.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. DailyViral is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. The amount refunded will exclude any shipping fees unless the return was due to an error on our part. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your return is approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and specify your exchange request. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund or suggest a similar alternative.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.
